Amendment of Fourth Schedule
The Fourth Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting items 4 and 5 and substituting the following items:“4.Section 49(7)5.Section 57(3)5A.Section 75(3)5B.Section 81SB(2)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following items:“8A.Section 99B(2)8B.Section 99I(1)”.
