Clause 97

Consequential and related amendment to Monetary Authority of Singapore Act

Section 27A(6) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186) is amended by deleting the words “designated clearing house” in paragraph (h) and substituting the words “licensed trade repository, licensed foreign trade repository, approved clearing house, recognised clearing house”.
