Amendment of section 27
Section 27(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (d)(ii);
(b)
by inserting, at the end of paragraph (d)(iii), the word “or”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (d), the following sub-paragraph:“(iv)has been lost through theft or criminal breach of trust and the prescribed period after such loss has lapsed;”.
