Amendment of section 74
Section 74 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) Orders made under subsection (2) in force immediately before 1st January 2012 shall be deemed to be rules made under subsection (2).”;
(b)
by renumbering the existing subsection (2A) as subsection (2B); and
(c)
by deleting the words “subsection (2A)” in subsection (3A) and substituting the words “subsection (2B)”.
