Amendment of section 22B
Section 22B(3) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)the immovable property to which section 22A applies by —
(i)
the manner it is zoned under the Master Plan; or (ii)the purpose for which it is permitted to be used under the Planning Act, as defined under section 22A(13)(g);”.
