Clause 6
Amendment of section 104
Section 104 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “74(2), 97Q(1) to (7) and (10) and 97ZI(1) to (8)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “74(2) and 97Q(1) to (7) and (10)”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “73, 97Q(8) and 97ZI(9)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “73 and 97Q(8)”.
