Amendment of section 27

Section 27 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a) of subsection (1), the following paragraph:“(aa)if the quality of water supplied fails to meet the standards required by the Board;”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “to any main” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “or replacement of any main, installation or water installation”.
