Clause 11

Section 31 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “by its employees at all reasonable hours in the day” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “by its employees, agents or contractors, at all reasonable hours in the day or night, or at such other time as may be agreed with the owner or occupier of the premises,”.
