Amendment of section 24
Section 24 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “enter at all reasonable hours in the day time any premises” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “enter any premises at all reasonable hours in the day or night, or at such other time as may be agreed with the owner or occupier of the premises,”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “night inspection” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “inspection at any time of the day or night”.
