Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Energy Conservation Act 2012 and shall, with the exception of Part IV, come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Part IV shall come into operation on such date as the Transport Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
