Amendment of section 18

Section 18 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “public sewer” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the words “public sewerage system”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “public sewer” in subsection (2), the words “or public sewerage system”.
