Amendment of section 19

Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “public sewer” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the words “public sewerage system”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “likely to injure the”, in subsection (1)(a), the words “public sewerage system,”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “public sewers” in the section heading and substituting the words “public sewerage system”.
