Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) In carrying out any works under this section, the Board shall cause as little damage as possible, and shall make reasonable compensation for any damage done to any affected premises or building.”.
