Clause 19

Amendment of section 32

Section 32 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The Board may issue or approve and from time to time review —

(a)

specifications for sewerage works, sewerage systems, sanitary facilities, sanitary appliances, drains, drainage works, silt control measures, storm water drainage systems and works which are likely to affect any sewerage system or storm water drainage system; and

(b)

codes of practice for professionals engaged in the design and construction of any of the matters referred to in paragraph (a).”.
