Amendment of section 42

Section 42(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 41(1)” and substituting the words “section 26(4)(a) or 41(1)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 41(1)(a)” in paragraph (b)(i) and substituting the words “section 26(5) or 41(1)(a), as the case may be,”.
