Amendment of section 4

Section 4 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) In carrying out any works under this section, the Board shall cause as little damage as possible, and shall make reasonable compensation for any damage done to any premises, street or building affected by those works.”.
