Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “No” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Subject to subsection (5), no”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) This section shall not apply to —

(a)

the repair, replacement or removal of any existing sanitary facility in a building; or

(b)

the addition of any sanitary appliance within the existing sanitary facilities in a building.”.
