Amendment of section 13

Section 13 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection: “(2) In carrying out any inspection under this section, the authorised officer shall cause as little damage as possible, and the Board shall make reasonable compensation for any damage done to any premises, sewerage system or sanitary facilities affected by the inspection.”.
