Clause 19

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 22, the following section:“Meaning of owner or occupier in this Part22AA. In this Part, where a building or premises is a building erected on land comprised in a strata subdivision plan approved by the competent authority, references to the owner or occupier of the building or premises shall not include references to the subsidiary proprietors or tenants of any part of the building or premises.”.
