Amendment of section 22F

Section 22F(3) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “immediately” in paragraph (a); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “engineers and” in paragraph (a), the words “, as soon as it may be practicable,”.
