Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or the regulations” in subsection (4)(b);

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “day” in subsection (5), the words “or part thereof”;

(c)

by deleting “$500” in subsection (6) and substituting “$1,000”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the word “day” in subsection (6), the words “or part thereof”.
