Amendment of section 26

Section 26(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$50,000” and substituting “$200,000”;

(b)

by deleting the words “12 months” and substituting the words “2 years”;

(c)

by deleting “$1,000” and substituting “$2,000”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the word “day”, the words “or part thereof”.
