Amendment of section 29

Section 29 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “building” in subsection (3), the words “or relevant pipeline,”;

(b)

by deleting the words “adopted under section 55” in subsections (5) and (8)(a);

(c)

by deleting “$500” in subsection (12) and substituting “$1,000”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the word “day” in subsection (12), the words “or part thereof”.
