Amendment of section 35

Section 35 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)in or on licensed premises;”;

(b)

by deleting the words “subject to such conditions as may be” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “in accordance with requirements”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately before the word “licence” in paragraph (c), the word “storage”.
