Amendment of section 35B
Section 35B of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “subject to such conditions as may be” in subsections (2)(b) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “in accordance with requirements”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “material” in the section heading and substituting the word “materials”.
