Amendment of section 6
Section 6 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “any part thereof or in the building” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (2) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “relevant pipeline, or any part thereof,”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “building” in subsection (2)(a), the words “or relevant pipeline,”; and
(c)
by deleting subsection (5).
