Clause 50

by deleting the words “wholly or partially or as amended by the regulations or by reference” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “(wholly or partially or as amended by the regulations or by reference)”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) Unless otherwise provided in any regulations made under section 61, in the event that any code, standard, rule, specification or provision adopted under subsection (1) is inconsistent with the Code of Practice for Fire Precautions in Buildings published by the Commissioner, the Code of Practice for Fire Precautions in Buildings shall prevail.”.
