Clause 8

by deleting the word “thing” in paragraph (a) and substituting the word “structure”;

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)enter, break into, take possession of, remove or destroy, or cause to be taken possession of, removed or destroyed, any aircraft, vehicle, vessel or thing for the purpose of extinguishing or preventing the spread of the fire;”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “premises” in paragraph (b), the words “, aircraft, vehicle or vessel”;

by deleting the words “or structure” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “, structure, aircraft, vehicle or vessel”;

by deleting the words “fuel oil” in paragraph (f) and substituting the words “petroleum, flammable material”; and

by deleting the word “vehicle” wherever it appears in paragraph (h) and substituting in each case the words “aircraft, vehicle, vessel or thing”.
