Clause 3

Deletion and substitution of heading to Part III

Part III of the principal Act is amended by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading:“MATERNITY PROTECTION AND BENEFITS, ADOPTION LEAVE, CHILDCARE LEAVE, EXTENDED CHILDCARE LEAVE, UNPAID INFANT CARE LEAVE, SHARED PARENTAL LEAVE AND PATERNITY LEAVE”.
