Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “11 other members” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “14 other members”; and

(b)

by deleting “4” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “4 or one‑third of the total number of members in office, whichever is the higher”.
