Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Amendment) Act 2013 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Public Trustee’s department may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
