Amendment of section 20
Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “The Minister” and substituting the words “The appropriate Minister”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “9(2)(a) and (8)” and substituting the words “9(1)(a) and (b)”.
