Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (4) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)to pay to the Director a prescribed fee (which shall be inclusive of goods and services tax).”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(5) Where a person who desires to be given legal advice is a minor, the application shall be made on behalf of the minor by his guardian.”.
