Amendment of section 22

Section 22 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “legal aid certificate” in subsections (1)(b) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “Grant of Aid”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or tribunal” in subsection (3).
