Amendment of section 77
Section 77(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “for the purposes of section 18(3)” in paragraph (oa), “, (6)(b)”;
(b)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (oa)(i);
(c)
by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (oa), the following sub-paragraph:“(ia)the order of priority in which the moneys and interest referred to in section 18(4)(a) and (b) and (5)(a) and (b) shall be transferred by the Board to a member’s retirement account; and”; and
(d)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (oa), the following paragraph:“(ob)to provide for the reserved amount to be set aside or topped-up in an ordinary account;”.
