Clause 21

Section 18 shall not apply to any person who, before the date of commencement of that section, commits any offence referred to in section 61 of the principal Act in force immediately before that date, and section 61 of the principal Act in force immediately before that date shall continue to apply to that person in relation to that offence as if section 18 had not been enacted.
