Clause 6

Amendment of section 15B

Section 15B of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “A” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Before 1st January 2014, a”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) The additional sum set aside under subsection (1) may, before 1st January 2014 —

(a)

be deposited with an approved bank; or

(b)

be used to purchase an approved annuity from an insurer.”.
