Clause 15

The Prisons Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 77, the following section:“Superintendent may restore remission77A. The Superintendent may, in his discretion, restore to any prisoner a period of remission or any portion thereof which had previously been forfeited by such prisoner.”.
