Renaming of Schedule
The Prisons Act is amended by renaming the existing Schedule as the Second Schedule and by deleting the Schedule heading and reference and substituting the following Schedule heading and reference:“DISQUALIFICATION FROM BEING RELEASED ON HOME DETENTIONSection 53(1)(b)”.
