Amendment of section 3

Section 3 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “relevant State”, the words “or relevant Protocol State”; and

(b)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Relevant State or relevant Protocol State”.
