Clause 12

Section 2(1) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Cap. 325, 2003 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the definition of “entity”, the following definition: “ “police officer” includes a Commercial Affairs Officer referred to in section 64 of the Police Force Act (Cap. 235);”.
