Clause 4

Amendment of Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act

Part I of the First Schedule to the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Cap. 67, 2000 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts” in item 9 and substituting the words “Ministry of Communications and Information”.
