Amendment of section 24

Section 24 of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “registered” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the word “licensed”; and

(b)

by deleting “$12,500” in subsection (4) and substituting “$25,000”.
