Amendment of section 49K

Section 49K of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “registered” in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant policy” and substituting the word “licensed”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (d) of the definition of “relevant policy” and substituting the following paragraph:“(d)insures the life of the policy owner;”.
