Clause 16

Power to exempt and make further transitional provisions

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette —

(a)

exempt from section 13 or 14, subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified in the order —

(i)

any person or class of persons; or

(ii)

any class or description of shares or interest in shares; and

(b)

make such further transitional provisions as he considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of section 13, 14 or 15.
