Amendment of section 13
Section 13 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “balance-sheet and” in subsection (1);
(b)
by deleting the words “balance-sheet is” in subsection (1)(a) and substituting the words “accounts are”; (c)by deleting the words “balance-sheet exhibits” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “accounts exhibit”; and
(d)
by deleting subsections (2) and (3).
