Delivery of alcohol to permit holder
Notwithstanding section 4, a person may, at the request of the holder of a permit, supply within the special zone alcohol which is owned by, or ordered under a contract of purchase by, that holder of the permit, for the purpose only of delivering the alcohol to the holder of that permit.
