Clause 21

A protection order under section 12(2) made for the purpose of section 12(3)(b), an expedited protection order under section 13(1) made for the purpose of section 12(3)(b), and an order made under section 15(2), shall not be made in respect of any class of persons prescribed under subsection (2).

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, prescribe the classes of persons referred to in subsection (1).

Every order made under subsection (2) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
