Amendment of section 42

Section 42 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the Schedule” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “the First or Second Schedule”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “Schedule” in the section heading and substituting the word “Schedules”.
