New section 2A

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 2, the following section:“Application of Act to Government2A.—

(1)

Except as provided in subsection (2), Parts III to VIII and X and regulations made for the purposes of these Parts shall bind and apply to the Government.(2) Nothing in this Act shall render the Government liable to prosecution for an offence.”.
